ADFAC loves volunteers!

- In the Household Assistance Program, volunteers help by answering and returning phone calls, scheduling client appointments, and other activities to support the staff.

- Appalachian Housing Partners hosts volunteer groups to complete minor repairs and yard work for low-income homeowners.

- The School Supplies Program utilizes hundreds of volunteers each year to sort, pack, and deliver supplies and backpacks to 45 local schools.

- Regular and seasonal volunteers provide support to ADFAC’s administrative staff by helping with bulk mailings, data entry, special events, fundraising, and other tasks.

- Finally, ADFAC’s board of directors is all-volunteer, and volunteers also serve on various committees.
